Our clinic is a modern clinic in Tbilisi, in addition to general orthopedics and Traumatology, we have a variety of specializations for the improvement and expansion of treatment of our patients.
The tasks of the department include diagnosis and treatment of acute diseases, acquired degenerative diseases and injuries of the locomotor organs.

The ortopeadics-traumatology department is headed by experienced German and Georgian doctors, who for several years have been working in various German hospitals. Our dedicated and highly trained team is committed to delivering an exemplary standard of conservative and surgical treatments.
For the Osteosynthesis and Endoprosthesis we only use modern materials supplied from German and American companies, who are internationally recognized and well known in the world market.


For the diagnosis of various diseases we use advanced technology, such as Ultrasonography, Radiography, X-ray computed tomography and Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).


In order to achieve the earliest possible mobilization after the operation our patients immediately will receive an individual physiotherapy.

Replacement / Arthroplasty

The endoprosthetic joint replacement surgery is effective in patients with degenerative diseases,as well as in accident injured patients with rheumatism. With our extensive expertise in this field we perform hip, knee, shoulder, elbow and ankle arthroplasty



Hip Arthroplasty:
There are variety of Endoprosthezis. On the basis of preoperative planning in every case selection is made from all available prostheses models as head / pan material combinations (titanium, polyethylene, ceramic in agreement with a patient according to his/her individual anatomical and functional requirements.
Primarily, we use state of the art, bone-saving, minimally invasive cementless titanium models. According to the experience by using these models an earlier postoperative mobilization for the patient is faster and less painful..
Knee Arthroplasty /"Computer assisted surgery system"/
We offer Total knee prosthesis implantation by using a computer-aided navigation system (OrthoPilot® Navigation System), executed with great precision.
Computer navigated surgery is a state-of-the-art surgical technique, which increases the accuracy of knee replacement surgery, improving the longevity and functioning of the artificial joint.
 Computer navigated surgery takes into account each patient’s  shape and size and allows a surgeon to register the exact bio-mechanic anatomy of the leg and knee joint to ensure each replacement is as accurate as possible. Created detailed image and provided  real-time information on a computer screen helps the surgeon accurately guide the implant into position.
OrthoPilot does not perform the operation! It does not replace the skill and experience of a surgeon, but it is invaluable tool in hands of a surgeon that enhances the outcome of total knee replacement operations.
